“The location of Ekolu 510 is fantastic. We chose this unit for the location and the view. There is very little view - you must be at the kitchen sink, or on the upper deck to see the view. The unit is very well stocked with newer appliances, which was great. There is a smell of stagnant air which we noticed each time we walked in, There are 4 air units - 2 in the living room and one in each bedroom. They keep the unit cool, but they can be a bit loud, so we turned them off at night. We had some ants in the kitchen, and small cock roaches in the master bed & bath. There were pest traps out, but there were still some bugs. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. The sheets are microfiber and thin. The beds are ok. The sectional and pillows are showing wear. <br/>Overall, this is a somewhat dated, well stocked condo in a great location with a partial view. Is it 5 star? No. I’d say 3-3.5 stars, especially given the price.”

“We were in immediate need of a place to stay because of the Kona storm. This townhouse fit the bill. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool was close and very nice. The management company was very responsive to our every request. We recommend this property.”

“Wailea Ekolu 510 was a fantastic place to stay in Maui. The location was great, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Even though we had some bad weather during our trip, it still made for an amazing home base and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the place had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

Exactly what we were looking for
Property was perfect for my family. Quiet location and only a few minutes to walk to the ocean, pools, and dukes restaurant.
Great amazing place just as describe !! It was walking distance to the beach , restaurant market place !!! The place was super clean and had everything our family needed!! Definitely will stay here again!! Till next time<br/>Maui !!!

Highly Recommended! This is a beautiful ground floor condo unit. The villas are behind the two large (hotel style) Honua Kai bldgs. Pros: - Exceptional communications from the property management company. When I contacted them, they responded immediately. - Excellent location. Great & relatively uncrowded beach. - Very spacious condo with tons of room and two HUGE primary bed/bath suites (plus a third room + bathroom). Very well appointed unit with beautiful furniture. - Huge lanai - The villas had three pools/hot tubs. The pools are small but there were often times where we were the only family at the pool, so it felt private. We LOVED this. If one of the pools was busy we would move to a different one. We rarely used the larger main area pools, which you have full access to. Cons: - The villa units are not directly on the beach if that's important to you. We liked the view - large grassy area behind one of the large bldgs. One of the best stay options in Maui - highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay! Really enjoyed our stay - great family vacation, our kids loved the pool and beach access. Location was perfect - couldn't ask for anything more!
