The split-level floor plan provides substantially more room and privacy than a conventional beach condo, making it particularly well suited for extended families, three-generation vacations, and couples traveling together.

Two king bedrooms function as private suites, with one located on the main level and the other upstairs. Each includes an adjoining full bathroom, allowing two couples to enjoy comparable privacy without assigning one to an obviously secondary room. The third main-level bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to the third full bathroom, while a sleeper sofa in the living room provides accommodations for two additional guests. An interior staircase leads to the upstairs suite.

Each bedroom opens to a lanai or deck overlooking Maui Hill's tropical surroundings. The downstairs king bedroom shares access to the expansive front lanai with the living area, the queen bedroom has its own garden-facing lanai, and the upstairs king suite opens to a smaller private lanai. Partial ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room and upstairs suite, while the garden outlook and mature landscaping create a more private residential atmosphere.

Maui Hill is a low-density condominium resort situated on approximately 12 acres of tropical grounds at the southern end of Kihei, immediately north of Wailea. Its low-rise buildings, open lawns, mature landscaping, and spacious residences create a quieter and more residential atmosphere than a large hotel resort.

Shared amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball facilities, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green, barbecue areas, and complimentary onsite parking. The hillside property is not beachfront, but Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III are within walking distance. Maui Hill does not have elevators, and guests should expect stairs within the property and inside this split-level condo.

Maui Hill's combination of large floor plans, recreational amenities, landscaped grounds, and proximity to both Kihei and Wailea makes it particularly useful for families and groups.
