Maui Vista 2-301

// The space //

Maui Vista 2-301 is a one-bedroom, one-bath South Kihei condo on the third floor of Building 2, thoughtfully arranged for up to four guests. Settle into a home base that pairs a king bed, a sleeper sofa, a private lanai, and the everyday ease of in-unit laundry for beach days, work-from-Maui stays, and unhurried island mornings.

The living area brings together comfortable seating, dining space, and direct access to the lanai, where palms, neighboring grounds, and open sky create a relaxed place to begin the day or wind down after the beach. Additional end-unit windows bring welcome natural light into the condo.

The condo includes a kitchen and dining space for time spent at home between island outings. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, so longer stays can feel less like living out of a suitcase.

The bedroom features a king bed, while the living-room sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests within the condo's maximum occupancy of four. Wall-unit air conditioning is installed in the living room.

Maui Vista 2-301 is a comfortable fit for guests who value a practical, central South Kihei location, an easy walk to the beach, and a condo they can return to between swims, meals, and island drives.

// The community //

Maui Vista places you in the heart of South Kihei, across South Kihei Road from the Charley Young Beach area. The landscaped grounds create a relaxed setting for days that move between the beach and the condo.
Building 2 offers a more tucked-away position within the community. The third-floor setting gives the condo a private-feeling lanai retreat.

Return for a relaxed afternoon on the lanai after a day outside. It is a simple, well-located resort setting for guests who want beach time without giving up the convenience of Kihei.

// The setting //

South Kihei is made for guests who enjoy leaving the car parked once in a while. Charley Young Beach, Kamaole Beach Park I, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and casual evening plans are nearby, so a beach morning can flow naturally into lunch, errands, or sunset without a complicated itinerary.

This is a useful base for travelers who want a mix of beach time and island exploration. Spend one day close to home by the beach, then use another for a drive toward Wailea, Maalaea Harbor, Upcountry, or another side of Maui.

For guests staying longer, the practical comforts matter: a kitchen for easy starts, a washer and dryer for lighter packing, and a central South Kihei location that makes it easy to return between adventures.

// The island //

Maui rewards a little extra time. Keep a few days open for an unplanned beach afternoon, a slow local breakfast, a scenic drive, or simply another evening on the lanai after the sun goes down.
From Maui Vista 2-301, you can build a stay around the beach and still have room for the wider island. Come back to South Kihei after full days out, unpack once, and let Maui unfold at a pace that feels like a vacation.
