This condo is a great, affordable option if you’re looking to stay in Maui. It’s walkable to resorts, beaches, and restaurants. It has a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very clean, and the AC unit is definitely a good one!! The only thing was it was hard to locate upon arrival. We arrived at night, and Google Maps/iPhone Maps showed two different locations with the given address which was confusing — and there aren’t street lights to illuminate signs/directions so made it difficult to navigate. I recommend arriving during the day. There were also a fair amount of fly nats which had accumulated in one of the bathrooms, but the host was extremely quick to respond and gave us fast solutions that helped. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend.
We have been coming to Maui for many years and enjoy staying in Wailea. This condo is in a good location near shops, restaurants and beaches. Be aware, however that it is situated by a very busy road so traffic noise is quite prevalent. We had to keep the windows closed at night despite the cool weather because of this. We were also surprised at how small the two beds were. They are advertised as queens but appear to be double beds. We made it work but were a bit surprised by this. The view is beautiful and we did enjoy the balcony. The decoration is also tasteful.
Suite was fantastic: Bright, updated, spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, and well stocked with beach equipment. Lovely sunset views from the lanai. Bonus was the 3min walk to restaurants, groceries and pubs...and a 7min walk to the 'Shops at Wailea". If I had to find a small fault, is that the suite borders a busy road. Out most of the day and traffic calms down after 9pm, so wasn't a big deal. Definitely would book again!
