The location of this property was excellent—right on the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, activities, and other attractions. The home itself was generally as described, and we appreciated being so close to everything.<br/>Unfortunately, the lack of effective air conditioning made our stay difficult. While there was a stand-alone A/C unit and several fans, they were not sufficient to keep the space comfortable, especially during the day. As a result, our family decided to leave after the first night.<br/>That said, the owners were understanding and graciously refunded a portion of our stay, which they were not obligated to do and was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to work with us left a positive impression.<br/>Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the heat was a little too much for my girls.
As mentioned in other reviews this is a older place, BUT the location and being two bedrooms was key for the family. There is a need for a pen for the parking pass, which there was not one. So plan on brining a pen. : ) Was a good place for the family.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the patio and living room was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it. Everything in the house worked well and made our stay easy and pleasant.<br/>The only small thing to mention is that some of the furniture and household items feel a bit dated and could use an update. Also, the door to the main bedroom with the king-size bed doesn’t close properly — it would be great if that could be fixed.<br/>Overall, it’s a lovely home and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for hosting us!
