The other unit was not near the beach. We had already unpacked and carried a week's worth of groceries in and put them away. We chose the repair route. They brought us additional fans.

I contacted them Tuesday and they responded that we had said we were fine with just fans (not what we said). They assured me they would take care of it and we never heard from them again.
